The 18th International GASi Symposium will be a hybrid event, meaning that you can participate online or join us in person in Belgrade!
For both types of participation, early bird registration will start on 10 November 2022. You will be able to register with your credit card or through a wire transfer payment - via an online registration form.
Registration Fees: In-Person and Online
All registration fees are listed in EUR. All fees include VAT.
We would ask all who are able to pay the higher fee, as your fee enables the attendance of those on lower incomes who can pay lower fees.
The Group Registration option is available - for every 10 participants that register together, the registration fee is reduced by 10%.
In-person registration fee includes:
- Welcome cocktail and opening lecture attendance
- Full 4-day in-person and hybrid symposium programme
- Lunch and coffee breaks
- Wi-fi access
In-person registration fee does not include:
- Accommodation
- Dinner Party (more information to follow)
- Travel expenses
- Personal insurance
Online registration fee includes:
- Access to the online and hybrid symposium programme
Cancellation policy:
It is possible for both online and in-person participants to withdraw from the symposium and cancel their participation. A cancelation notice must be delivered in writing to the Organising Committee at office@gasi-symposium-belgrade2023.com by the following dates:
From 16.07.2023 to 01.08.2023 - 50% refund
From 02.08.2023 - no refund
Please note that if the authors of accepted abstracts are unable to attend the symposium, they are obliged to inform the Organising Committee in a timely manner.
Conversion notice:
All payments will be effected in Serbian currency - dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

Registration Guidelines
Participants can register for the 18th GASi Symposium in Belgrade through the online registration form that is now open. You will be asked to choose the registration type and to provide basic personal information, and choose which social-related activities you want to attend. After that you will choose the payment method - credit card or wire transfer.
Registration fee payment can be made either by credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or by wire transfer, in which case bank transaction expenses are paid by the participant. On-site registration by credit cards and in cash will be available with late registration fees applied.
If a credit card was selected as the payment method, you will be taken to a secure bank webpage for the purpose of processing the transaction. If the transaction was successful, participants will receive a confirmation and a receipt via email. If wire transfer was selected, participants will receive payment instructions and an invoice via email. A confirmation and the receipt will be sent upon successful payment.

Bursaries
It is important for us to be able to help colleagues to participate in the Symposium, especially students and those for whom the costs of attendance are too great. We are pleased, therefore, to be able to offer a limited number of bursaries to those with difficulties in meeting the cost of registration, travel and accommodation.
Deadline for bursary application is the end of February 2023. The Symposium Bursary Committee will communicate to all applicants to advise whether their application has been accepted or rejected by the end of March 2023. The Early Bird rate will remain until 30 April, 2023 for both on-site and online registration.

Privacy Policy and Protection of Transactional Information
We (GASi and GASB) will make sure the privacy of all of the website users/registrants will be protected. We collect only necessary and basic data from website users/registrants and data necessary for business operations and informing website users/registrants in accordance with good business practice and in order to provide a quality service. We give the website users/registrants the option of choice, including the option of being deleted (or not) from mailing lists that are used for marketing campaigns and from the registrants list. All website users/registrants data is strictly protected and are available only to the employees to whom this data is necessary for business operations. All employees of GASi and GASB and their associates are responsible for respecting the principles of protecting the website users/registrants privacy.
When entering credit card data, sensitive information is transferred through a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, currently the most advanced cryptographic technology. Safety of data during the transaction is guaranteed by the payment processor, Banca Intesa AD Beograd, and so the entire payment process is done on the bank's website. Credit card data is not available to our system at any point.
